1. With hydrolysis you change water into gases, 2 parts hydrogen, and one part oxygen. Together these gases burn better than gasoline to run an engine. It also helps to inject some water vapor. When the spark ignites the hydrogen/oxygen gases, the water becomes steam and expands for more compression.
2.Magnets properly applied along with inertia, can turn a flywheel perpetually. Magnets can be shielded so only one pole is exposed, and only in a certain direction. Such magnets can pass each other and then exert force when they repel one another, augmenting inertia and keeping the flywheel spinning perpetually. Friction to reduce the spin speed is overcome.
